In a time of changes in our industry, the advent of AI, and declining profit margins, some might question the wisdom of launching a new agency. But we see this as the perfect moment, and an opportunity to do something new. We've wanted an agency that boils everything down to the essence: Idea and strategy. Because we know that this is what creates the most value and effect for our clients.
To truly put idea and strategy in focus, we've moved away from the production model that is common today. Our new business model is production-neutral. Yes, we invented that word ourselves, and it means that our income should come from idea and strategy, not the production of ideas. As part of a larger group, we have access to full-service capacity and the resources required by large clients and projects, but we are also free to collaborate with your in-house team or external partners to realize the ideas. We have the freedom to choose the implementation that suits each individual client and each individual idea.
We've also rethought pricing. Instead of focusing on billable hours and production volume, we want to charge for quality thinking and measurable results. This means we match our clients' wishes and interests to an even greater extent than before. We succeed when they succeed.

11:11 was founded by a group of professionals who collectively have worked with some of Norway's and the world's biggest brands, winning both international and national awards along the way. Some of us have written books, while others have created work that's written about in books. We are strategists and creatives with years of experience in traditional advertising agencies. Together, we realized that the only way we could truly adapt to the rapid changes in our industry was to start completely anew.
At 11:11 we´re leveraging our past successes and expertise to reshape our industry into what it should be. Creative, impactful, and genuinely valuable to both brands and consumers.
